You can change language in settings. We are working on translations. Some are still poor, but recently we got professional translations to French and Spanish for the next update.
Also, the tutorial is only english at the moment.
Do not bother getting gold or silver at the early castle levels. Your ammo will get better with each country. Once you've got the real powerful ammo, you can replay all old levels and get gold with the first throw. + for others to see
I liked the graphics and animations. I can use rocks to hurt enemies, fine. However, just pressing A and the occasional S does the job for a while. I can't upgrade anything and what are the blinking dots on the ground for? No save points. I quit after a few runs.
