An idea: sepparate the games in two modes: number 1 - defense mode, the same game you have here, fast-paces. number 2 - physics mode, where the ships are stronger but slower and come in small groups and, when your tower loads, the game pauses for you to calculate your next action, be it "wait to get more shots" or "shoot", and this auto-pause could have an option to be disabled
So simple and yet so fun. Very creative mix of styles otherwise never seen together. 5/5, especially since I didn't have problems with that ad, though most people did, so you should rethink about its placement. Also, a "speed up" and/or "send next wave" button, as other TDs have, would be apreciated. Having many waves on-screen in THIS game would be a nice challenge.
Very nice game, though more upgrades and spell would be nice. Perhaps an inventory, where we could equip a melee weapon and shoes to make us run faster (instead of relying on skills), but it's just an idea.
The only complain I have is that it is too short and (at least for a fire mage) easy, though the survival mode kind of compensates it.
5/5
Very nice graphics and the gameplay reminds me of SNES games, which were awesome. Nice job, though the hit detection is at times good and at times you just don't hit a thing... still woth a 5/5 though
Ah, another game guide, that's nice! I hope more developers post their guides or walkthroughs here instead of hosting them on another website. This deserves 5/5 just for that
The game has a very "simple" look, which makes it even better, looks like someone planning things in a blueprint.
Nice job, guys, the game is as awesome as the first one!
This game has potential to become one of if not THE best flash strategy game available, but some things need to change:
- A system where you upgrade your towers between missions, like in Cursed Treasure, would be a nice addition. Peferably with graphical changes in the towers to represent those upgrades.
- Also perhaps other kinds of towers, but that's not a necessity.
- A "speed control" button would be nice, like the option we have of changing the speed of RTSs
- A sequel where the zombies are in a much larger number and you are able to create an army would be nice.
I loved the improvements, it's much better now, nice job!
My main complain now is that three levels is too few, add a few more! In my opinion you should do something like this: 7 "easy" levels (10 seconds between each wave), then 5 "medium" levels (8 seconds between waves) and 3 "hard" levels (5 seconds between waves). Also, it would be nice if we could call the next wave while another one is still on screen. For example, sometimes there is only one or two creeps on screen, and we're sure they will die with the tower at the end, so we already call the next wave. Sometimes, we know they WON'T die, so we call the next wave to kill creeps for money, to build towers to kill the last creep from the previous wave. And sometimes we just like the challenge of calling more than one wave at a time.
... Just noticed I can't even scroll down... If the game isn't on screen (unless it's because of another window above it) the towers just stop working.... Come on, it can't be THAT hard to make sure that doesn't happen!
I have the same problem as frisoni. Sometimes, while I wait for a wave to go through, I like to open a new tab and surf on the web for a while, but here it's impossible, the towers just stop working...
Also, the "Stop" button doesn't work AT ALL, to pause I have to use the "Q" (which I'm guessing is for "Quality") button...
And the towers' AI is a bit bad, even the towers that damage all enemies around have to stop for a while to re-aim after killing a creep. In normal speed that moment is short, but on fast mode it means many creeps go through the tower, that's messed up!
Work a bit on those bugs and then my rating will go up. At first it was 4/5, but I found many other bugs since, now it's 3/5, but it CAN be a 5/5!
When I press "stop" it doesn't stop the current wave, just stop the next wave from coming.
Other than that, a very nice game.
4/5 for now because of glitches and other things already said in the top comments.
More people should upload walkthroughs on Kongregate, sometimes I go to another site to look at a walkthrough and there are thousands of ads, blinking things and a badly designed website. Congratulations on posting it here!
