I can't get the achievements from this game. I finished this game and I only got the toaster achievement..the achievement to kill 100 guys and the achievement to end the game didnt count..someone else with this problem?!

the first one you must jump on the wall to your left to the middle, then double jump to the upper left platform and jump on that to the right and right to up of it and then run jump and kill easy.
