Whoops, wrong on the Twin Greater Queen Upgrade but still no multiplier for Faster Hives?

I've noticed that i'm not getting my multiplier for my upgrades on hives. I have (1) faster hives upgrade, and (5) Twin Greater Queen Upgrades, and i have 10k hives. And i'm getting exactly 100k per second. The same as if I had no upgrades at all. If i'm wrong please explain, or if you could fix if a bug.
