I actually just uploaded it, and I'm still trying to get the game working through Kongregate's strange iframe structure. I wish there was a way to prevent it from being available while working on bugs, but Kong support hasn't gotten back to me, yet.
We are sorry to hear this is happening to you. The saves are working for us, but we know Unity's web player has issues sometimes when saving data. We will be adding an import/export save option soon to help people with save issues. If you could write us a PM with your OS and browser, it could help us pinpoint the issue, and hopefully solve it.
