Now if progress isn’t saved frequently, but rather at the very end of each session when users either close the browser or change page, this could explain why the save didn’t occur. To circumvent the issue sort of speak, some games have an exit to main menu function that triggers the save. Useful when you’ve played for a long time and want to be sure progress is properly saved.
