How long does it take support to respond to a ticket?? I opened one on the 22nd via email as recommended. Got the auto response so I know you received it.
It's still in alpha so there might be some game breaking bugs we haven't found yet - but we're happy to restore any purchases you made and add extra to make up for the loss of progress. Just email support@sadpandastudios.com with your SPS ID and info (the ID is found on the settings popup)

Seriously bugged game. Unable to login all day. Not the first bug which has stopped me playing. You've got one more chance or this is getting 1*.
