Level after level after level of the same thing again, and again, and again, and you upgrade far too slowly to make it interesting.
Dull. It's just really, really dull.
Beat 'em ups are something that doesn't usually work in Flash, but I'm really impressed with this one. Multiple keystrokes doesn't usually work so well in browser games so there can't be much variety in the combat itself, but the variety in the weapons, levels and graphics is a great way around this. Really good effort, this.
Hah. Have a game involving the phrases "tower defence" and "games" and it's pretty much guaranteed to go straight to the top of the weekly rankings, however dull and achingly unoriginal it is. This game sucks, hard, but that won't matter to most of the users here. 1/5, although I know that won't do any good - this crap is certain to beat something genuinely inventive like "Hello Worlds!"
It's fine, but the physics don't make for an enjoyable game. The car doesn't bleed off speed when cornering and doesn't understeer or oversteer, and there are very few corners too tight to make at full speed. Rather than trying to manipulate the dynamics of the vehicle to get it around, it's essentially 'pick the shortest line and keep it on the grey bit', which is the least entertaining approach you can have to a top-down driving game. If the tarmac handling was closer to the dirt handling you'd be forced to modulate the throttle more and actually become more involved in it. Still, kudos for making a game that isn't yet another tower defence/role playing game without any role playing.
Oh, good! It's another one of these psuedo-games with tongue-in-cheek achievements. You're not clever, you're not funny... Just stop it. It's getting silly.
What an excellent, excellent game! It's a superb example of exactly the sort of thing that works really, really well in a Flash game, rather than a well intentioned effort of something that would simply work better in another format. Firing arcs/range would be great, as would a 'skirmish' mode, but the whole thing's great - superbly balanced (there's no upgrade option needed), perfect AI for the job. Brilliant.
Well, it's one of those old penny-arcade games where you put the coin in at the top and see where it bounces, isn't it? The sort of thing that's been made obsolete by computer games in arcades. So... What's the point of this? It's pretty, but the game itself is dangerously dull.
Astonishing effort for a first game, very well done! An auto-fire button would be great seeing that ammo's unlimited and there's nothing you're not supposed to shoot. Also as the gameplay's fairly standard throughout (inevitably for this sort of thing) perhaps some more variation in the environment - maybe have it set up as a vertical scroller, possibly with obstacles to avoid? Amazing first go at a Flash game, though, well done.
Jesus... You guys reckon you could make your intro any louder and more obnoxious next time? It's an internet Flash game, not the opening credits for an action blockbuster.
Great, again. As ever, it could do with some sort of randomised 'skirmish' option, but still much more fun than anything else about on Kong at the moment.
