Train survivors by taking a school or building one then selecting 1-3 survivors via school and train them in any way you choose (ex. soldier, leader scavanger, etc.)
Wow, apparently there is 100+ trucks that just keep going by probably going to town coming back and giving you these things but you can't just hitch a ride back there? Seriously you need to think this over a bit. Also weapons should have more upgrades maybe put in a few classes just to juice things up. Overall a good game with some add-ins could probably be best game on Kongregate. I rate this a solid 5/5.
