For those who play in the U.S. server, the U.S. server isn't working at the moment and you must change servers for now. To do that you must go to the options menu.
upon getting a talent point for getting all 3 stars on a level and then buying a talent reset the talent(s) from getting 3 stars are lost. As in i'm level 8 with 2 levels 3 stared so i have 10 talent points but when I buy the talent reset I only have 8 talents. just so you guys know!
XP gain is based on damage delt so you can get the most XP out of one enemy by upgrading power and using the standard/assault rifle as even if the first shot kills the other two can still hit to do more damage and give more XP. In the end if you have power maxed you will get 8-24 XP just by shooting the weakest of enemys.
I was in a house and took my time going throught it and then the ceiling breaks open and two zombies fall down and attack me, after geting scared to death I went to the room above only to find that theres no hole in the floor, then on my way out I went to the same room where I got attacked and saw no hole in the ceiling. lol
A easy way to aim the shield is to put your mouse on the tank as it shoots, this hits the tank everytime (assuming it dosn't stop to turn). Only the basic tank that shoots rockets is on and off about this. And one more thing, dont go over 20% interest and only buy what you need or you might end up with 300 million like I did.
For the "Wings of Steel" achievement, I need to get over 60 protection rating atany one time, but when I use my "potion of armour" to get to 76 protection rating (51+25) in a battle it wont unlock the achievement.
I picked to join nether white or black then when to the great mage thing and waited for the fight to stop and there was alot of talking and at the and of it, your character says "Enough talk. you guys talked so much I wonder if people bother to read it". lol XD
Do the heros that seek you but got replaced (via new hero comes when all 5 spots are full or fired) ever seek you again, becase when you can only hire so many based on your leadership skill its hard to get all the really good heros and it be a shame if I dont ever see that hero with 11 skill points again.(that got replaced by another hero when I chouldn't hire more then my leadership) I think there should be more ways to level up leadership(or at least more skill points per lv) because im back where I was back at Protector III where it was taking FOREVER to level up and get any of the skills to high levels.
Looks like everyone wanted some nuke or something to make things easy... I liked this game and think it was a very good CHALLENGE! Why... just why have you all lost the idea of the word challenge, really. I liked playing the game-intill I was trying to get the hard badge-and it was cool how I was useing kitty to get puppy. So stop asking for something to make the game easy on you. OK!
Im geting ready to retire, I started playing Evony 2 and found it far more fun then this. All I want now is my time back, the game is unbalance in some parts of the game and every big event-and I mean it-has something to do with buying points or something with points and get real old real fast for those who dont spend money-mainly because you dont need to. So ya I've just about had it with this game. I wish I started playing evony sooner but all the adds made me think it had something to do with porn.
Jaycarmich... the game would be too easy if every wave had the same elemental weakness on every level... guys im not laughing at the fact most of you cant play a "strategic defense game". The key world here is STRATEGIC... why cant you guys have fun with a little challenge in a game or have you guys been spoon-fed all your lives because thats what im thinking...
bfpires... you didnt even play the game for ten hours. level your heros up to 9 and your "Leader of men" skill to 10 and look at how useless your heros are then. lol, thats one HUGE hero thats 70g(+50 for every hero before him) to use now thats what I want.
THIS GAME IS HARD! It actually took me a few tries but I won(and im not going to give you a hint). And finaly a game that has a real challenge to it that got me to think alittle bit. Also I am glad to see others like me who enjoy a challenging game. Score:15448 :D
