So it turns out if you put the hay (found in the chicken coop) against the wooden pillar blocking the rat area, and get the flint (Broom from blue-door shop -> guard area) you can burn the pillar down.
Playing in 2020 and having a good time. I played Episode 1 at some point but didn't finish the series. I agree that the ending is a bit anticlimatic and some of the puzzles are really out there, but it's still really solid - have you considered rereleasing, maybe on Steam as 1 bigger game? It would be really cool.
oh I JUST noticed the thin gold border on cooked items you're already selling, handy. Also, I really like that the game starts by telling you 1) the expected timeline etc. and 2) that it's a legit idle game.
I'm sorry to say I spent the bulk of my playtime actually playing Animal Crossing while waiting for the level to end and get the achieve. I'm glad to see other people are having fun, though.
the megadollar farming is very strange, i came back after 24 hours and collected.... absolutely nothing. 2nd reset, it says 7 megabucks per minute but 2 minutes yields nothing?
Have you considered adding a Dialogue Log? It's easy to accidentally dismiss a window (such as when you're rapidly clicking to activate a clicker item....) and it'd be nice to see what was said.
"Instructions: Explained in game." 1st level: "esc to quit" xD Jokes aside, a really solid little platformer. I like the pacing, both of the difficulty curve and lack of timed elements. The jumping's good too - it feels very intuitive.
Inventory and/or status, map, would all be nice. Nostalgia factor I get, but plenty of old games had some kind of status screen, didn't they...? Some of the less straightforward puzzles are a little confusing (like figuring out that was A) a turtle and B) where exactly it needed to go). Overall it's a very cute first shot at a game but I feel like it relies too heavily on players having read the referenced book.
Swinging a double-arm full of explosive squares is pretty great, not gonna lie.
Another great Unpuzzle game - I personally prefer the pacing of learning the mechanics, I think 2 was a little faster throwing various concepts at the player and it got a bit chaotic.
Also I love that you can't really get stuck in these games? It's very soothing while still a neat concept and a great brain teaser.
Thank you for your feedback! We will take it into consideration.
