Go the the right and open up the Globe. 5. Pick up the steroids. 6. Get the rope the is to the right of the curtains. 7. Go to the right and get the hamster and the umbrella. 8. Combine the steroids and the hamster. 9. Combine the umbrella and the rope. 10. Combine the broken glasses, straw and the rubber. 11. Put the diving mask on the hamster and put the hamster on the fishing line. 12. Put the hamster in the water with the fish and get the key. 13. Use the key on the door and your done!

I don't really think people get the joke (if there was a joke). There is a game called "Breakout" where you use a panel to hit a ball to destroy brick. This gameplay style has been emulated numerous times. The joke here is you click a button to "Breakout" and where one would expect to play said game, the ball breaks out of the box and leaves.
