Actually, I had a curiosity question. Why are undead the only faction who's achievements are locked to battle rewards? All the others can produce their water or mud or wood normally, but undead need both wood and stone, neither of which can be gotten except through battle. Not complaining, just curious as to the reasoning. Is it because they are meant to be a more "Aggressive" faction thematically?

Developer response from Veterum

It's just the first three resources for each race. I will add more resource achievements soon. Also, the undead can get both wood and stone through the caravan :).

Hey Veterum, would it be possible to get a "Stats" page detailing what bonuses you get from where? I'm having trouble testing if mummy's passive is working because of how slowly they produce. I've let them sit on the same enemy from 20k~ mummies to 54k~ mummies and the reward hasn't changed at all, started 105 gold and still at 105 gold. My math's not great, but if a million grants a doubled (+100%) bonus to battle rewards, shouldn't that have gone up to 106 by now?

Developer response from Veterum

Hmm... yes it should have. I'll look into it.

Oh awesome! I've been looking forward to that and the achievements. Don't rush it though! I am sure we'd all rather you take your time if that's what it takes, you've not steered us wrong yet!

Got an update for us on this? No rush btw, you are doing great work with ballancing and bug fixes. More just curious and enjoy keeping up to date on your progress if that makes sense. Love your new ability on the ports, too. Gives an option for when you just don't want that many ships active. "DEVELOPER RESPONSE FROM VETERUM This is intentional, to give everyone a 'new player' experience with the new race. 10-20 conclaves set to armageddon would easily wipe out all the low level enemies. I will enable armageddon with them in a week or so, as well as caravans. Dead Wagons already work with the southerners."

Developer response from Veterum

Good point, I'll put this in the next update. It should be done tonight.

Oh it doubles it? That's awesome! The wording was a bit wierd. Nm, that's perfect as it is, my bad.

So a million mummies equal 1% battle reward bonus? That's.. uh. Well frankly that's kind of crap, especially since it's "Number of combats" based rather then time based. I mean don't get me wrong I love the idea, but maybe the reward should be higher? Or maybe have more ways (like another building?) to gain mummies quicker? Great idea though, just feels... well underpowered at the moment. I don't see how you'd get more then 1% per week of normal play, if even that, currently. Although if it stacks multiplicatively with catacombs I can see how that would eventually be really powerful. Maybe have mummies reproduce like Hydras do, automatically per battle, so you can have the pyramids busy doing something else?

Developer response from Veterum

A million mummies doubles the battle reward. And it does multiply with catacombs.

Oh didn't see your mesage, Veterum. And sorry no I can't, once I thought I realized what was wrong I didn't really think about it anymore. All I really can say/remember is that I had just started a new game to spend a lot of achievement points, and my first battle I did not lose any peasants but did lose a lot of my soldiers. I had.. I think 100ish weapons, and needed like one or two more then that in losses. Had closer to 400 peasants by then too, so was surprised when I saw my soldiers go from about 100 down to 0 and have to build back up, but after that first fight Militia was working normally, killing the peasants first before soldiers. That's all I remember, I am sorry.

NM found the problem on my own, was short by one weapon so apparently it made me lose soldiers instead. Wierd, but at least I know what was off, and it was on my end so not a bug.

Developer response from Veterum

With militia on, it should use all your peasants/weapons before using any soldiers. If you lost soldiers even though you still had both peasants and weapons, then it is a bug. EDIT: It seems to work for me though, can you give any more details on what happened?

I just tested it, Militia definitely is NOT working for me. Have it on, went into battle, and still lost soldiers instead of peasants and weapons.

Wow, got to admit. Progress is REALLY slow late game for the Southerners without being able to buy wood. Maybe have it just be really expensive at the market? Or are you planning on having it be deliverable via Northerners later as a trait?

Developer response from Veterum

Yes, trade routes will be able to send wood to the southerners.

Thank you Veterum, but it wouldn't be worth restoring. Still, now I know in the future what I did wrong! And I'm sure it'll be fun building back up from scratch. Still, kinda sucks I lost all that progress, but... honestly it's kinda pretty easy to REACH that point.

Developer response from Veterum

If it's any consolation, as I add more achievement points and rewards, progress will get faster. So time lost now will be easier to catch up. Also now I have good reason to implement a copy-and-paste backup feature.

I'm uh.. not exactly sure what I was supposed to do then if clearing my cache deletes my save. Or how deleting my save would cause me to lose only minimum progress? I'll be the first to admit I'm not the best with computers. But that just seems... kinda dickish.

Developer response from Veterum

I just looked at the options on chrome, and when you delete the browser history, there are separate check boxes for history, cache, and "Cookies and other site and plug-in data". My guess is that you checked the box for deleting cookies, which cleared your local storage. Doing a system restore might recover your save.

Actually this seems really wierd. It feels like I'm on one of the older versions somehow... The "Wait till safe" button and "Attack largest" buttons are both missing. I don't remember having to unlock those..

Developer response from Veterum

Those are disabled until you defeat a few enemy levels. For some reason the game didn't load your save. The reset in the last update only reset the new race, it didn't affect the other races. If you changed browsers or reset your browser to factory settings, it may not load from your old browser. Is there anything you did that may have affected your browser's local storage?

Checking, apocalypse does not affect southerners.

Developer response from Veterum

This is intentional, to give everyone a 'new player' experience with the new race. 10-20 conclaves set to armageddon would easily wipe out all the low level enemies. I will enable armageddon with them in a week or so, as well as caravans. Dead Wagons already work with the southerners.

Looking forward to that new race. Guessing there was a lot more to update then originally thought? No worries! You are doing a great job so far. Just wish I knew the first damned thing about making games so I could offer to help out honestly.

Developer response from Veterum

Sorry about the long wait! I've actually just finished it, I'll just do some final testing and it should be up in an hour or so! EDIT: Or... 3 hours :P It's up now though!
