Your tea, buildings and upgrades reset to 0, but you get a boost the next round. If you click colonize, the confirmation box will tell you how much of a boost you are getting.
yes, you get one extra shroom per click for every building you owned, and 100 starting shrooms for every medal you owned, you can also see it in the infobox!
