Tutorial: I turned the energy generator off, tutorial doesn't continue... is it because I increased my fuel before building it so I wouldn't go negative?

This game looks hastily put together. Substance could be good, a bit jumbled on the execution.
It's actually anything but hastily put together. It was however too large of a project for a one-man army. I invested on content but had to sacrifice polish...

Does the Tier 3 Survival skill work? Says at 15% now but it seems I heal the same amount

When too many things going on some explosions don't seem to work :( but otherwise great!
