hello, im from game lies of astaroth server S6 and i have a big problem, i colleckt 13k diamonds for raider event and wait till Lilith added, so when it starts, when Lilith added starts i spend 8k diamonds and leave the game bcus i need to go to bros birthday and when i back to game i wait 3 hours but still dont earn Lilith added rewards, after all i check my cards and see that all cards i take tooday is gone,,, the only card i loose and i care about that is doomjudje and that i haven’t take kitchenMama so i just loose 8k diamonds and all cards i have takes for that diamonds, can you help me witch this problem cus i speak witch other players and they says that dont have this problem so i dont know what to do im top player and to be in top i need really good cards but witch this problem i really dk what to do and what to think pls help me and check that problem may be im not only one who have it thaink allot.

I participated in the recent “King of kings” tournament. I had gotten 3 cards rewarded to my deck one was a bat, 2nd was raindancer & 3rd card is Thor. Thor I still have in my deck currently however I had upgraded with numerous lower cards & lots of gold the 4 star 12 point bat card to a level 10 with plans to upgrade the 15 grade ( I think) raindancer card…Today I went into my deck to edit my current deck hand & enhance my new cards to discover the only card in my deck now is Thor. The bat & raindancer had vanished from cards entirely. This is exceptionally upsetting since I spent a lot of money & cards to upgrade the bat to a level 10 & was looking forward to enhance raindancer. I have not received numerous rewards/bonuses since playing this game for approximately 2 years or less… I even spent a good sum of real money to buy kreds to use on your game throughout my time playing your “lies of astaroth game” so I’ve invested a lot of money & time in playing/participating in promos & to build a decent card deck. I’’d like to know how you can fix this issue or compensate me… I don’t understand the reason 2 cards rewarded to my deck for participating in your recent promo would be yanked & pulled from my deck especially after I spent gold & numerous cards upgrading 1 of the new cards to a level 10. Could you please fix this problem so I don’t feel ripped off & soured against your game. Thanks 1soularFlair

Hello it’s me again. I’m having another issue in Lies of Astaroth. My in game name is Ally Claude, and I play on the Bayasabhad server (Europe). For some reason, the first rune of each element I have leveled refuses to allow me to combine it into a better rune later on. So far, it’s happened with a 2 star Fire Flow at level 3, a 2 star Thunderbolt at level 2 and a 1 star Frost at level 1. After getting them and raising their level, they are refusing to let me use them as materials to upgrade better runes. Is this supposed to happen? Please contact me when you have a chance. Hello. my in game name is Ally Claude. I play on the Bayasabhad server (Europe). I’ve been playing every day since starting this month, and until this morning, was in line to get the monthly 20 day reward of the Ivy card. But todays (Jan 22nd) login option isn’t going through, which means I’m going to miss the reward by one day. Can someone fix this for me please? I’m not sure why it’s counting me as missing days I haven’t missed.

9/11 – LoA Server 3 (Winterfell) was not working properly around 5 a.m. server time when I logged in and collected my daily rewards, the dialog box said I had won a Lancelot card (reward from Lilith event I believe) but I did not receive a Lancelot card. Without an accurate count, I’m assuming I also did not receive whatever gold, crystals, scraps, etc. were in the morning rewards but I don’t know what exactly those were. I’m assuming I’m not the only one with the Server 3 glitch – will this be getting corrected? Thank you for your attention.

When do players receive their 5* card [Kraken] from world cup event – sign in every day from june 14th – june 21st. I see people are already getting them but I don’t have mine and thus do not know what the rule is. Are they being sent out in waves? Is there a delay? Will it be sent corresponding with the time the player signed in on the 14th? I really do not know the rule or why I haven’t received mine yet despite already getting the monthly card.
