My biggest issue, which may or may not have been the lag you mentioned above, was with missing balls that I coulda have sworn my paddle was there for. I think even the edge of the paddle should hit the ball. Doesn't have to hit it up, if the angle wouldn't do so, but it should still at least have some hit detection. Still... It was usually going thru the corner of the paddle, which is frustrating because that was what I wanted to hit it at. As for the speed of the ball at different angles, you might consider having the speed change according to how fast the paddle actually hits it, rather than the sharper the angle the faster it goes. You could have the speed degrade every time the ball hits something down to a minimum speed. Just some thoughts, solid idea otherwise. I like most of the suggestions above as well.
Not liking the fact that I have no control whatsoever once I'm out of the water. And no matter what if I hit land I bounce off, under or over water. The game has a good concept, but the whole deal with the land and air is just annoying. Maybe if the land mass wasn't so big...
It'd be nice to have a quick next level key, rather than using the mouse. You already have both my hands tied to the keyboard. And I'd say it's a more original concept than anything else I've seen based on something like line rider. In the end, it's pretty boring though.
Good game, 5/5. I just don't like how you ships can some times take damage from dropping poison.
As for those having difficulty with 1945, remember, you can have you plane fly slower, allowing it to shoot more and then have it reverse just out of the zeppelin's range. Knowing this, it was rather easy to get 4 stars for that level
Yea, bull****. Retarded a** game zilched me 3 times in a row. There should be no zilching when you can't even f***ing bank yet. Make a better game that's less frustrating. -.-
What giant bull****.
The computer scored over 1000 nearly 5 turns in a row. I manage to get zilched 3 times in a row due to not have 300 points to bank and HAVING to roll again.
Add a mute button. Especially for the title music. I think a reset/pause menu might be useful even though the races are so short. I think the race doesn't end even if everyone else finishes and you're on the track, which can be annoying.
Addictive overall though.
At first, the timer really got on my nerves, but I figured out how to get to the next room before I ran out and after that I was able to ignore it for the most part. I did manage to get through on my first try, but the safe was annoying and so was the pipeline game. I thought it was drag and drop, not click on the pieces one by one.
Edge detection was improved in 1.02 - which should resolve that issue. Thanks
