There should be something that happens if you drop below 0$ for too long. I was around -6000 for about 6 years after borrowing a 60k loan to buy the 2-star stuff, and apart from the inability to build anything to get rid of the loan faster, there's no detrimental effect, provided you have patience of course ;).
Day 28: 55ft away!! Basically instead of running past a single small zombie, the guy carried a rocket loaded semi 2500ft in the wrong direction? I wouldn't want to be the victim of a fully upgraded truck moving in excess of 160mph...
There is something incredibly satisfying about the nuke. You can be losing hopelessly and still manage to obliterate the scenery in an attempt to save your precious mushrooms.
Truly amazing game, 5/5 and favourited!
Some of the attacks are far too overpowered. In the case of the plant monster, "Poison pollen" can hit 51 every few seconds whilst "Thousand years of pain" hits three times for low-ish damage AND requires 3 bars to use. Also, please correct the spelling mistakes...
Good story line and challenging gameplay, so I'd say 4/5. Once you get used to then needle it's easy enough to hit accurately despite the slight offset but that would be an improvement if fixed. Another thing that bothers me is why a dead bird can hit higher more often than a massive tentacle-based slime creature.
6/5 for this game, favourited and I really hope there's a sequel. The only problem I had was that when you get to fight the king, if you don't really care about rating and wish to level up all your characters, you can just lose and keep getting upgrade points. Perhaps upgrades beyond level 5?
Other than that, amazing :D
It takes a while getting used to having to gather resources, but after that it's a great game. My only critisicm is that it's incredibly difficult to build and gather at the same time as watching my towers kill stuff. I like RobinT3's idea of game phases, or at least some way of gathering resources automatically rather than sliding all the time. Perhaps a "Human" bonus where all resources go up automatically at a certain pace for a few seconds?
Sometimes it starts fluctuating and whistling at a steadily increasing frequency. I don't think it's mean to do that but it's REALLY good to annoy people with.
The only thing that annoyed me about this game is that it erases your ENTIRE score if you lose a level, not just the level in question. No matter, 5/5, favourited and glad to see it on Kongregate at last :)
Giving this game a 5/5. That squirrel is seriously desperate to save his nuts.
The only thing I see as a problem is that the bow and shotgun are easier to aim, do more damage and are cheaper to buy/upgrade than the sniper and rocket launcher. Then again, maybe I was just using my boomstick a bit too much =P
The music is awesome, and for a good reason: No matter how many adventure games you play, no matter how many shooters you win and all of them are near impossible, this song makes you BELIEVE you achieved something great by dropping a chandalier on a square. 6/5.
Enemy 1: "Well, we can't kill the ship with a bigger red pirate ship so...erm...do we have a submarine surrounded by eyes by any chance?" Enemy 2: "Why yes!". -5 minutes later- Enemy 1: "Hmm..."
Pressing the speedup button should mean it keeps going until you click it again. Holding it constantly is slightly annoying if you want to add more orders...
You sure it says F1? ;)
