not loading, white screen

the last 3x i was supposed to win treasure maps didn't receive any (did support ticket) are others also having problems?

i thought it was pretty good until came back the next day to find no save file and it wanted me to start a new game, not going to do that so i'm done with it. too bad

good game, but don't know if will play again got up to about map 9 and next time logged on to play when clicked continue it put me back to 2nd map :(

very frustrating I don't know if it's me (I'm playing over a comcast hard wire cable connection) or the game but just about every match once or twice I get a no signal lag where I can't do anything for a few seconds making me lose 4-5 matches each time and often lose the match if it's close
