Here's a hint: If you have a pickaxe that is several times more powerful than the base power that the blacksmith can craft, save your gems, and focus entirely on making huge amounts of money. Upgrade the **** out of the blacksmith until he has a good chance of crafting a better pick.
You should be able to use multiple mods at the same time, e.g. people exploding and launching incredibly far with infinite ammo and awesome face heads and random guns
How to get fiesta mod: Go to generator on first mission. DONT FIX IT! Duck under the invisible wall to your left. Go through the stage, (the purple cube is not a solid object) and go to the awesomeface room.
