To kill the final boss (witch looks like robotnik last invention) you have to touch the bomb mid air so it is trown against the flying machine and then attack it with your pokemon spike attack. Samus will be proud of you. (+ to keep this comment alive)
Oh, I remember know... I'm Samus pokemon, and we were trying to find that legendary flying tentacool again! I didn't recognaize the pokemons over here... they must be new.
