I have to praise this game for not only being fun, but for also only letting me earn badges, even the easy and medium badges, on the hard difficulty setting. Most badges on Kong you get for "Killing 100 Baddies On Normal" or as I call them, the "Play For More Then 10 Minutes Badge." Even if this game's easy badge is just a glorified confirmation that you understood the tutorial, it's still nice to see a game that makes you WANT to play hard mode. Good Job Valthirian Arc!
Here are some things that could be improved to make this a better game: The starting pistol has infinite ammo and never loses its effectiveness making the automatic weapons pointless since a pistol is just as fast and deals more dps. The fire rate drops randomly at times while tapping fire at a constant speed. Auto-aim hinders more than helps ex. I try to fire at a zombie right in front of me and my gun auto-aims to the zed in the row below. The friendly AI is merely a stationary turret with little usefulness, this could be fixed by allowing them to move at standard speed and fire at the nearest zombies. As many have said, the controls are uncomfortably placed. It is a pain to cycle through your weapons, the hotkeys WOULD have worked if the game had used the WASD set up because right now they are too far from the movement keys to actually use them. The game is piss easy even on hard. The game is addicting, but kind of insubstantial, fix this by adding more features. Good game so far!
I love the blood diamonds. They are the game developers saying to their players, "If you pay us enough money we will let you buy the game." I want to meet the man who pays 1000 kreds for that mountain of Diamonds.
The fact that they move is what makes the friends different than towers. If you want them to guard specific areas, Shawneeboy2, then go play most any other TD game.
Can someone explain to me why Kiro is helping them? He tried to kill Vinnie in the last game, and even though Vinnie spared him... Wouldn't that make a Yakuza clansman set out on a vendetta of their pride.
I think werewolves are the least of their worries... Did you see how many Texas sized meteors were hitting the earth? Not to mention dragons and an air armada of heavily armed children in cardboard boxes!
As much as I like this game it only gets 3/5 stars for locking off half of its playable races. I checked the web traffic report and Kongregate gets so many more hits than Armor Games! Kong is also supported by Gamestop. Why settle for Armor Games as a sponsor, Ben Olding, when you could be sponsored by Kongregate? We love you Ben Olding, please stop ignoring us!
