My ship easily becomes uneven once i accidentally take a few shots from a boss or something >> cough. but still i think this is a great game nontheless.
Cough. what i mean is to say. some of the power needs to be evened out. along with prefereably better movement that doesnt cause you to go spinning everytime you stop.
I would like to see the ability to move around / attatch hexes that are just kinda floating around. especially after you get hit by enemies and your original circley shape gets distorted to a long shape. :D
This game is rediculously awesome. just for the cutscenes. although it wouuuuld be better if we can say.... play again in a few minutes. I mean i get the point of you only have one life ie in real life. but still. game should have sooome replay value. [which it does if you jsut give us a replay button.]
Hmm, art style is interesting and has some potential. however, you should definitely make it so that most of the blocks dont allow you to pass through. the ones that you can pass through can be like one way blocks or something. otherwise its annoying when you accidentally jump through a wall to an old area. :p
Its good but not great. 4/5
5/5 for the idea and design and such, but only problem I have is the some of the characters are really freaking weak. Personally, i find it really difficult to win w/o a homing first weapon or something to null bullets. Also maybe a powerup every now and then would be nice. :D
and guy in jeep/tank thing is glitching like crazy. hes just shooting in circles and the shots seem to be landing on him. aka bullets arnt going through the tank itself at all i think
again, the park scene and the traffic scene just seemed odd. I mean in the visitor the thing doesnt just kill for killing. it gets people so that it itself can evolve and gain power. i think thats what youre missing. the sense of its doing this for survival and power not for amusement.
