on august 31 i acomplished the achievement of 2000 castles in sky arena and i didn’ get the 200 soulstones reward.why;there is a bug,please fix it

the most basic of issues that I am having are the constant freezing whenever in combat. I feel kind of left out, my brother received a compensation for all the server issues but I never got one :(
