Definitely going to need some method of automating all these heart clicks or at the very least a means of improving the number of hearts generated by clicks.
Seeing how often you have been updating the game, my favorite feature on idles that is rarely implemented is: Some kind of in game indicator that an update is available. LOVE games that do this considering some idle games I can leave running without refreshing for weeks at a time. Hate it when I find out I'm a week behind on an update.
I just did a browser refresh to get any latest updates. It appears something significant has changed. I had just gained access to the MK3 laser's. My base (no upgrades) MK3 lasers were giving 648 B DPS. But after the refresh now they only give 458 B. I know it wasn't because any boosters were up as I had bought a handful of them over a period of time and am certain the DPS was always 648 B. What changed that wasn't mentioned in the notes between the Token respect and changed ability rebuffs???
It does progress while offline! Please make sure you have an active internet connection during the first 4 seconds or so of the game and you will get your offline gains!
For those who want to grind levels, money or gear I figured out a way. Clear out the floor of a dungeon (kill everything, loot everything). Teleport to town, sell your goods. Take the portal back to the dungeon. Now refresh your browser. Continue your game. You will be on the same floor of the dungeon (new map) with monsters and chests spawned. You can do this as many times as you want.
When you buy something in the shop it removes that gold amount against your current maps total. That's why sometimes you'll have negative gold on the main screen.
I think it'd be awesome if we could see an XP/hour or XP /minute somewhere so we could figure out what zone is best for us in terms of grinding levels.
I liked the game, was really disapointed to find my saved game lost. I don't feel like grinding out the gear I had already gotten. Will wait for a sequel.
Does Warrior's retaliate work? It never shows where the attacks show their damage being done and I never really notice any random health drops for the enemgy after I've taken a hit. It's hard to monitor since if it is working I don't think it's displaying. If it's just not displaying, please consider telling it to display.
Also, I think it'd be nice if maybe your last 5 hits or so were show instead of just your last one.
uggg... glitch I've ran into three times in endless mode...
On a wave of "cannot target units" I use the spell "Oiling" to speed up traps and "Rain" to damage all units on screen. The game then glitches where it freezes for 2 - 3 seconds, plays for a second, freezes for 2 - 3, plays for a second.
One time I just closed the browser. The other times, not wanting to lose all that time I started selling off units/boxes so I could lose on purpose.
The slow down continues after the wave and even after ending the level. Have to refresh the page or close browser and go back to game again for normal operation.
You've got a good base for a TD game here. A lot of people have already mentioned the items here that need be to adjusted for playability and balance. I really want to play this game but with how long each round takes I usually pass it up to play something else unless I have a large chunk of time available. I check back daily to see if there have been any updates. Get an update out to address play speed quickly so you don't lose players permanently. Then address some of the balancing/logic issues.
One I haven't seen mentioned here: I setup my pathing so that monsters will path past a row of warriors twice. Problem is, if there are still monsters on the entrance side the warrior will not attack the monster closer to the exit. My pathing is completely moot at that point. They only time they turn around and attack is if there are no more new monsters (end of the wave).
Seeing comments regarding paid weapons that are not good, an idea might be to have a room where all weapons can be tested against a static target to see what they actually do.
Yahoo!! Thanks so much I'm glad you like it so far
