meh... 168 days. But I spent the last 10 days getting enough money to upgrade everything all the way by keeping that last city alive. I can't count the number of times that I ended up with one guy left alive (which was a good thing in this case)...
And now, as of 8:25pm on Monday, December 14th, I, ewnoskillz, hold the top place of all time most levels aced with 60... Tied with about 5000 other people but don't ruin my moment.
uh Gianni? I beat it in 85 days and I started off in Greenland, so yeah... Oh and starting in Madagascar is bad because it takes to long to get out of Madagascar into other countries.
1)Pick Virus. 2)Start in Canada, New Zealand, Cuba, Greenland, or Madagascar.If you do not get there restart. 3)Sell starting symptoms, if any, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4)Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once three countries are infected, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6)Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7)Buy all four drug resistances, sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8)After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9)Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. 10): Wait until everyone dies. Keep this comment alive. It really works. Quite helpful! I beat the game in 85 days following this plan.

omg that was like the worst crack hallucination... EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think I'm just about to die right now because of this headache, too.
AWESOME GLITCH! start as gun slinger. during the tutorial fight, keep clicking the exclamation point to skip your turn until u die. the map will go crazy. just wait until it lands on the final area and hit the red circle. then hit exclamation point during the battle and u will get the badges and it will say u beat the game WITH ALL THE BADGES there is a cheat in this game: go on inventory, click on a item and drag it with you and click on OPTIONS. then you have the item with you on options and then you click with the item on the red. then you destroy the items and absorb their stats...i have 3000 str, 1000 magic, 2000 vitality and 1500 speed because of this...enjoy ;P KEEP THESE ALIVE!
