eilios, that would be cool if the plans WERE finished,though not even a nuclear reactor could sustain a coil. you would need at least 6 or 7,because it takes around 2 gigawats to make just a lightning bolt(which is instant),and it would probably take several hundred to keep a sustained bolt.
