Is there anyway we can make is so that when we click the "Towers" button, instead of automatically going to "Upgrade Towers" (which we can do *without* accessing that menu), to starting, when you open the tab, opening up to "Build Towers" instead, since you can't do that otherwise? Having to click that menu repeatedly when I start a new game and having it open to the wrong tab *every time* when I want to build towers is a bit frustrating, and given that I can upgrade towers without that button, I think it's just bad UI to have it open on Upgrade instead of Build.
Sorry this is a complaint, I only whine because I enjoy the game and want it to be in its best possible form. Please continue to update this game and make new ones. This is quality material I'd like to see more of.
I don't mind losing my progress so much as I mind a few other odd things, like when I prestige for the first time, the "normal" collect gold quest asked me to get *22aa* gold, and I was getting 12 gold at a time since I was on level 1, so that would have taken days. I like the game, please keep working on it, but it does have it's fair share of problems, like the files not saving...
I can't tell if I've gone to hell, or if the website has, but serious? Not only is "hot new games" down to two measly pages vs 3, but this is a "not new game"
A really weird mechanic of this game is if a raider dies, they are replaced by a raider of the same level, with a new name, who has to heal before they can fight.
I know you don't want to spoil stuff, developer, but if you want people to actually test out your new stuff, in a game that's in alpha version, you need to stop making updates that are like "Something exists, but you have to find it and I worked really hard to keep it obscure!"
This isn't really a fun mechanic for players, the dev saying there is something new and cool, but you have to find it, in a game that already has so little content obviously available. I mean, honestly, this is a fantastic game and I love it, but you, my good sir, need to stop being so damn mysterious and tell us where the new content is.
Alright, I have been saving gold for 15 hours, I've reached what is apparently the last level, and despite the constant teasing from the dev and searching through all the "Best" comments, I have not seen a shop anywhere or any words on how I might find this "shopkeeper who is never there"
Please help?
Welp this has all the bones of a video game, but that's about it. No idea where my health is, not much "reward" for progression. Level 3 already repeating enemies was kind of a bummer. In general, there wasn't much to keep me playing
Hi, thanks for pointing out those things, we are currently working a lot on the gameplay, adding a hangar for upgrades and boss fights every couple of levels as well as new power-ups which can be collected in-game. As for the health it is represented by the red glowing bar which is near the rear of the ship, but only shows up when you take damage or when you collect a health power-up
The balance for the weapon costs is way off. Rockets and Particle Balls, for their cost, are far inferior to the other weapons until you've completely maxed everything, and even then I'm not sure the cost outstrips the damage, but that's the only time they really do more than the first 3 guns.
Opened the stat menu immediately after entering an area that had character dialogue on the screen change. After leveling up, space bar did not advance the text, and the game was stuck forever.
Enemies seem to just be doing a percentage of health. I'm losing the exact same amount of the health bar despite being in the same area, and buying many health increases. From 75 health to 105 health, I lost just under 1 whole bar of health on getting hit against the same enemies, and surely that should have been a noticeable difference.
The "World DPS and Click Bonus" doesn't seem to be kicking in with Hero Souls. I had 15 damage resetting with 8 souls, and 15 damage resetting with 32 souls. This number should have at least doubled, but it actually didn't change at all.
