my english isn't good enough to explain that and i didn't find the comment(someone found them and made a comment about that).
i only have found that:
DEVELOPER RESPONSE FROM AWOKE
They are bugged Perks. I forgot to completely remove them from the game.
I have won on hardmode. I have put one statpoint in health, one in attack and the rest in speed per level up and put all perkpoints in hard skin(hidden perk). with the equipment i have focused on armor.
if you have problems with the 2nd boss, you will have more problems with further similar monsters, which will be stronger and only beatable with a bit luck and good timing.(or a stronger char, not an option on hardmode)
@hare6ki: rogue with hard skin (hidden perk) is better. with that from 2nd boss to about 20% in apollons lair will be hard, but the rest will be easy.
the hidden perks are left up out of the screen.
hardcore mode depends to much on luck. Sometime i loose in part 1, some time in part 2 and with much luck i get to part 3, where damn much luck is needed. part 4 will need less luck again. (because high armor with hidden perk can make you imun to most opponents)
@Billzors: damage= attack*(1+piercing-armor) and crit doubles the damage
@Shain: I have an axeman with 56k Health, 6,5k Strengh and 4,7 Speed at lvl 32, so knight isn't better
@hangman149: they don't hit every time, when the target is to fast or small. that's funny on suicide bomber waves...
so it's only good for groups or big targets (4+ hits at tanks with bow master)
maybe a shotgun would work. I've found an very good shotgun around level 70 and i still use it. i have tried day 108, while the team only shooted at air-units. it was nearly a perfect day. i didn't need to aim, just shoot, the damage was damn high.(with villa level 10 it made 270 damage per hit to unarmored units and much more against armored units, it also had a high fire rate)
@there4you22: hardcore mode is not to difficult, it's just much to random.
i came to day 65. i had 2 perfect days a row. i didn't got skills or mods against armored units. a barbarian wave came, strong but no problem. before they were dead the next wave came, this time all were armored, still no problem. i killed the half of them before the next wave came. this time only suicide bombers + boss came. only 2 sisters came in the wave and not there, where they were needed. the boss came only some sec before the wave have started and raises his shield...
after i survived this waves alone with some items the next and last wave was mixed, but included dragons and a big tank, that was a bit to much.
it's also random which skills the classes will get. there are a few skills, which you can't learn by leveling. with the trainer you can learn them.
At the beginning its hard, but when you have nearly all medals and a good party its easy.
for example rogue with a hunters rifle, a guardian, a ranger and a hunter will be good. then you need a bit luck with the skills, some sisters(and chickens for money) and a high villa. hardcore mode will be easy...
its no glitch. crit will be decreased by leveling up, you need 2 points intel and 2 points luck per level for maximum crit.
btw defense and agility are nearly useless
