I an have another idea to make this update better. First: give us unlimited time to enter to the wars. Then: corporations with similar "entry time" will competing each other. And finally: the rewards will depend on how quick those corporations entered to the war.
If you want to put an end of "war winning by single player", give us old war system back, but make limit of how many times we can attack per day. Lets say 10 attacks per one player, plus 1 bonus attack for every starport.
Players should have WG ranks, just as corporations had before 2.0 update. So if someone has strong army, he will get tougher bases (and higher WG rank) with every war. But if he will start losing (by aquaring low destruction percent), he will be match against weaker bases back, and his WG rank will fall.

-Ships/planes should be already upgraded when we buy them. It is annoying when I buy new plane just to get 3 slots, but it has one by default.
This game needs a "coalition system". It would allow two corporations (or maybe even more) to fight on the same side in the same wars. Coalitions should be allowed only when both corporations together has 50 or less members, so it would be fair.
Such coalitions would be temporary, and it would be more comfortable than permanent fusions.
Let's say that my army will be ready within 7.5 minutes. If I will watch some add, then my army will be ready 15 minutes sooner. But in that case my other 7.5 extra minutes from the add will be gone.
I wish that this unused time would go to another starport.
I wanna "top priority" button, that halts productions in every others starports, to make units in selected one first.
By "halts" I mean just stop production for a while, not cancel it. So if my juggernaut is half done, the other half will be finished later.
Extra heroes will be there, but not for achievement holders only, at least for now.
