I don't believe it... it's taken three prestiges, 4 months but I have FINALLY BEATEN LEVEL 1100! That's 4 months of grinding since I beat level 1050. FOUR MONTHS! Please can you give us something that will allow our zombies to gain more health and damage faster than at rates which can be overtaken by lazy glaciers? Pretty please?
When on the Boss Levels, Earth Freeze does delay the assault (well, their approach) which can be helpful. I tend not to use it when I'm parts farming, but instead keep it for when I'm on later levels. Although having Earth Freeze isn't as important to me as (say) energy charge or Gigazombies
@hgiang, whenever the skeleton dies, there is a countdown of several seconds before it comes back to life. That countdown is the respawn time, and every -1 responsibility you have knocks one second off that time, so it reappears that much quicker.
@GladSnowGaming: increased probability of the spell happening, but not an increase in the effect (so you won't have energy charge happening twice at the same time). Having said that, you can get two spells running at the same time, so Part Storm and Time Warp will quadruple your Part output. Now, if you have maxed your Golem Mastery in the talents and are using your skeleton and have no zombies, you will get a MASSIVE parts boost. The skeleton is supposed to produce 100% of what your factory does every kill, but I think it is producing 100 times as much, which is way more!
Back in April I managed to beat level 1050. I reckon in about 2 weeks time I will have enough parts to allow me to try (for the 3rd time) to beat level 1100. Most of the time spent in the last few months was parts farming. I have now started running this program almost 24 hours a day. My Skeleton has about 3T of health, and with critical hits, it produces 2T of damage. I'm up against humans with about 450T of health and damage that will destroy the skeleton just by touching it. I have no idea what the tanks have, but they just need to look at my army and they die. I run this game all the time, but I think I've only had 3 days of enjoyable playing in that time. I should give up, but I keep going in the hope a rare update happens. This game is fun when played, but grinding Is SOOOO DULL!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do an update to bring in another boost to zombie and skeleton health and damage. Even with rune shatters, there comes a point that the growth of the undead slows to a pitiful rate compared to the humans. The only things that stand a chance of beating boss levels are golems, but you only get 16 of them. AND they ignore the tanks but instead work in a single group and attack random soldiers at the far side of the screen!
@GladSnowGaming Over time, uncollected bones will slowly fade away and disappear. The trick is to get the right number of collectors so you get all the bones without using too much of your energy rate.
Heyven, from what I've been told, it doubles your output of most (if not all) things. It isn't clear as I think that text was offscreen when I encountered it last. Perhaps if I had my tablet in portrait, rather than landscape I'd have seen it...?
GetBoloed, there is Auto save; it happens roughly every 5 minutes. You'll know it happens, as you'll see "Save to Cloud" at the top of the game screen, and the Save button greys out for about 20 seconds.
I want to PLAY this game, not have to wait weeks for the interesting stuff. To be clear, I consider having the game on and letting it grind as NOT playing.
Why am I still playing this? At the moment, it will take about another week or two to get sufficient parts to get the golems I need to get the next few levels. I have been grinding parts for the past MONTH. I have used my prestige points to fully kit out the Skeleton, so when it gets parts it gets 100x my part intake (not 100%, which is an error nicely in my favour). I have been cycling through levels 750 to 850 with just the Skeleton to get parts and prestige points. The damage created by the zombies is miniscule compared to the golems. To the creator of this game: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRING IN A NEW FEATURE TO BOOST ZOMBIE HEALTH AND DAMAGE! The features you have been adding are nice, but they really are not enough. In any idle game, I expect some grinding, but when it takes me about 2 months JUST TO GET PAST A BOSS LEVEL, SOMETHING IS SERIOUSLY AMISS!!!
Farrncvord, it used to be like that, when all the zombies would explode. That changed a few months ago, and now when the detonate spell is cat, they turn into running explosives. They will speed up and run towards a living character and explode only on contact. Any not yet exploded at the end of the spell will carry on as normal. However, if you cast your spell just before you run out of living people, and the detonate spell is active when humans=0, then the remaining zombies will explode.
Aidanymusgrove, saving to cloud is automatic, but you can save more frequently if needs be. Select Options, then scroll to near the bottom. You can select Save to Cloud there.
A percentage of stock won't give the results you expect. If you click 50% into one of the bloods, followed by 50% into the other, you won't have used up all your stock. You'll have 25% left.
In Runesmith, could you please allow us to add in increments of 1B and possibly 1T? Sometimes I have a large amount of Bones or Brains accrued, and I want to put a few billion or so into Runesmith, but I don't want to do the maximum amount. Tapping 1M a couple of thousand times gets a bit tedious quite quickly lol!
Sarcasm over. Archibob: i have no idea what is displaying on Edladd's screen. I know my display varies frequently so that sometimes I can't see anything but buildings, blood and bones. Don't you think it is possible from that to infer that other users have faulty displays? Don't bother answering; I've seen the frequent posts about this bug. Now taking it to the next step, isn't it therefore reasonable to assume he is not seeing the correct link? True, I could have checked the link again. I had checked the discord link some weeks ago, and decided I didn't want to go there again. Which is why I added that I wasn't certain. Anyway, you go back to monitoring the message boards for signs of suggestions, lest they turn into dissent of the game.
Why thank you, Oh Wise and Knowledgeable Gatekeeper. We are not worthy of your presence. Not only do you stop suggestions that others think will improve the game, you shout down those who try and help!
Why, archibob, thank you for being such an amazing gatekeeper, by making sure only the most die-hard players remain. I had no idea that making suggestions to improve the game was so wrong, can you ever forgive me? /s
