It's a fun little game, but you can't claim it isn't mostly luck. I was up 8900 to 3250 against Reckless, and through a series of remarkably bad luck, I still lost. Frustrating...
It's good... at first. But after you've taken over a couple of countries, it gets monotonous. There are no more troop upgrades (short of using another country's top troops, but that's just an even trade, more or less). There's just no reason to keep going.
I like it, nice looking addition to the genre. But it's much too easy and too simple. More maps, more towers, etc. Better balancing is needed, as well.
At first, I rated this game a 3. But now that I've played it a bit more, I'm giving it a 4.
However, it needs better documentation. Here's an idea - when you mouse over an attack, a popup should tell you what it does, and how much it hits for.
Also, I'd like to be able to pick which character moves first - I hate having someone in the way and nothing to do about it.
Finally, it'd be nice if we could pick which type of characters make up our party. The healer is usesless.
deathanj3l: Agreed, your slot machine needs work. Typically, slot machines have more winning values than 3 in a row (e.g. 1 cherry = $50). Currently, it's pretty useless.
