I'm all for good classics, but I think that this genre has been improved upon so much over the years that this game, as important as it may be the history of Tower Defense, is almost unplayable by today's standards.
Am I the only person who thinks the story is trite and poorly executed? You receive a complete analysis at the end that matches up with vague segments of previous levels that could have symbolized anything. Essentially, this would be the same as saying "Mario was a patient who killed his wife Peach. He was high on mushrooms all the time. When we finally found him, he was stuck in a large green pipe," at the end of any Mario game.
Nice story, and some really beautiful visuals. This game would benefit from some puzzles that are a little above the '5 years old and under' level, however.
Pretty good, but you could relegate all the controls to just the keyboard, it'd be less irritating to use the mouse when you have to select slide puzzle pieces.
