The graphics are done like that because it looks cool, and it reminds people of cool old retro games. I think it looks really good. The gameplay is awesome too, There's always something else you can do, so it's a very replayable game. Awesome, 5/5
What do you mean: "in real life you don't know how many hits you need to kill someone"? One hit. If you hit somebody with any sharp weapon with a decent amount of force they will be in so much pain they won't be able to fight anymore. I can understand a reasonable amount of variation in damage but sometimes I hit a guy and it does literally no damage. I'd like to see that happen in real life
It would be quite a good card game, but some of the challenges are just ridiculous. Especially 15 and 16. BTW, you beat challenge 20 by killing him with a Blast 'em card.
I love these types of games, but the screen just shakes to much when moving left and right, which makes me misjudge the distances. 4/5 mainly just cause there aren't enough of these "avoid stuff"-type games.
Awesome/fun game, anybody blaming the game for having the red shapes take x10 away from the multiplier shouldn't be blaming the game (It's a hard badge for a reason), don't rate a game down because it's not easy. That's just dumb. Anyway, thanks reflexive for being one of the few game designers on this site with enough balls to include classical music in your game.
btw, if you want to win without even really playing then there's a glitch. If you attack a town and then die then press new game, you automatically start out with any towns you had before and the one you just attacked. You can conquer the entire world this way and never even win a battle.
once I get into the later levels, the game has literally a 2 second lag on controling the ship (which makes it impossible to dodge) normally I wouldn't mind this, but since there is no way to turn the quality down I can't fix this. Besides that the game is pretty mediocre.
I was sooo close to getting all the stuff for the impossible badge, I had all the super eggs, I had completed all the speedruns on insane, and I had all the trophies on at least silver. And then it deleted my saved game!!! GGGGGAAAAHHHH!!!!!
Somebody please help!!! I can't fine the giga egg anywhere. I know it's supposed to be "on Level 2, on a vine at the bottom of the big cliff." but I can't find any vine or anything on that level. Plus, when I finish level 2 it says: "super eggs: 0/0" what is going on? Can somebody please give me a picture of the giga egg location.
I personally don't see how so many people think this hard is hard considering that I beat it on my first try with 10 lives left. Besides that, pretty fun game, although I thought it was a bit too long, possibly just because the music is so repetitive it makes the game feel repetitive.
