OK, i don't know what's the deal with ya'll, but getting 50,000 loot isn't even close to difficult, honestly, you can get it by the eight area if you're good enough. Now, if you are not complaining about the amount of loot, but how hard it is to survive long enough to get it, you're probably bad at the game, with max luck upgrade, you get a new armor every 30 seconds or so if you're without one, making you basically immortal if you know how to defeat the enemies, so yeah, i think ya'll just aren't good at the game.
There's no way the grandma is fake, the game is full of inconsistencies, yes, it is clear that the robotic arm should be her left arm, but the game shows it being the right arm twice, and i doubt it was an intentional choice of the developer as i saw at least 5-6 other things that didn't maintain consistency.
I noticed a similar issue once after updating the game. My best guess is that the browser was loading cached spritesheets from the previous version of the game. If it's the same issue, it may be fixed by restarting the browser after clearing the image cache (ctrl+shift+del -> Choose a time range that includes when you first loaded the game -> Make sure only "Cached images and files" is checked -> Click "Clear data").
