The "Wind" setting in sandbox mode doesn't seem to have any effect at low settings. I tried with 0, and the wind seemed (just by my observation) to be the same as in the standard game. Thinking maybe this was just a glitch with 0, I tried 0.01 and had the same result. However, high wind settings do result in a much stronger wind, so the problem seems to only be with wind settings under 1.

I swear this is just like cookie clicker.

Is it just me or are these the same 4 tower types as in kingdom rush?

Good overall gameplay, terrible graphics, random spawns. Feels a little like a beta version of Mnecraft.
