Full final fight walkthrough:
Destroy the two orange balls on the floor by jumping and mashing A, moving slightly left or right if you need to avoid the fireballs.
Then run up the stairs, dodging if you wish.
Now do the same mashing technique on the ball up here. Once that is done, you can fight the boss.
He bounces around, so just dodge his shots, and as he comes down, towards you, use the magic attack. Nearly all of the pellets will hit him, removing most of his health, if you are high magic.
Repeat this until he is dead, you can also hit him with your sword if he comes from below.
