@noobslloar — This game demands constant attention. At any moment, you may fall into a firefight or step on a trap while walking. Better to avoid that.
A speed-up button only adds to the risk.
@17932615 — There are actually multiple songs in the equipment screen, each of which playing when certain parameters (heat, etc.) are at a certain level. You may've heard "Long Tall Sally" by Little Richard, though, which seems to happen to play quite frequently.
Try advancing. Continually advancing (moving all your units to the very top of the screen) can help prolong your survival, and is extremely useful in Para Challenge.
Flamethrowers tend to linger in one spot for a while; try to keep them escorted by at least one guy. However, with a bit of luck and some ribbons later on, they can be highly effective infantry killers. Just be careful, though. Burning enemies might run into your flamethrower and engulf him too. (That's not guaranteed, though, and it's also likely your flamethrower [or any man for that matter] will be unharmed if a burning enemy passes through him. Still, be careful; don't be cocky, or surprised if it occurs.)
Hehe, they think it's really hard to get good at the game.
You just need some luck and a few ribbons.
I was hoping you'd believe me. Go see for yourself.

PART 2 OF MY REVIEW.
Sticking to text, the game description mentions that, "you heard shouting. There was a big crash and submarine darkened in a matter of seconds. You heard the captain shouting something about cowardice and shortly afterwards the sounds of fighting." There should've been some text for that.
My verdict — 3/5.
The game concept itself is nice, escaping from, and even controlling to a small degree, a submarine. The execution is fine, but obviously could've been better. Some more minor details could've been worked on as well.
PART 1 OF MY REVIEW.
Atmosphere is nice, though a few animations like fish swimming around outside the windows and a beeping dot instead of a line on the radar screen might've been better.
The game is short, though presents enough of a challenge during its duration. Some more more text would've been better, like when trying objects on other objects nonsensically, where a "This makes no sense" kind of thought would've sufficed, or when clicking on things such as the windows and the items in your inventory. There's also no text when picking up the lamp next to the Captain.

It's a lot easier to keep track of suggestions at the forums than in the comments.
Guys, before you downvote Mr. hossenfeffer377 to hell, I want to let you know that there ARE zombies in this game.
However they're a rare appearance. If you do see them, though, prepare for a nightmarish day.
Here's a screenshot I took last year. I was ambushed really bad; they were a total game-ender.

I personally don't consider either of the Soldiers games to be RTS games. Rather, I'd consider them more as puzzle games.
Hopefully you guys will find that useful. The difference level between a puzzle game and an RTS can be pretty considerable.
Guys, quick tip — try to avoid having more than six men on screen at any given time. Each second you do have more than six increases the chance of an unfair event occurring.
Every man under a camnet doesn't count, though, unless a 1st SS Lieb relays details of your defense to HQ, in which case all camnets will be rendered ineffective for 10 seconds.
Also, each vehicle and emplacement counts as one man.
