Darkruler2005-
You can juggle Alpaca Jack very easily; I did it on my first try. As for combos, they're a cinch to pull off in this game, and having max upgraded fists certainly wasn't a problem for me in obtaining a X50 combo on level 10.
Nevermind, I am a total idiot. I just managed to get 6 turns on Level 1; it requires a very neat trick, and later on, some degree of luck and knowledge of the computer AI.
Excellent, addictive strategy game, but I'm almost certain that the lowest number of turns possible for beating Level 1 is 7, not 6.
Oddly enough, getting a gold star on Level 3 is reasonably simple.
adidas, you are simply wrong. I'm assuming you had one character that had some type of poison or burn damage, and died without you recognizing it.
I've frequently had simultaneous deaths, and it's only resulted in a draw if both players had no other cards left.
Rainman-
You are completely wrong. I'm 8th on the Rank Points list, and probably have about a 90% or higher win percentage against level 3's.
EsIeX3 would have an equally easy time beating most of them.
I have no idea what the previous version was like, but if this is improved, I would seriously re-consider what you consider quality.
I really like playing bike games, and this is one of the absolute worst. 2/5
There are about six or seven games on this site I've given a rating of 5/5. This is now one of them.
I'm still in shock that someone made such a great sports game from so few elements.
I'm suck on the 11th (second to last) level of Admiral. I have max crew, max damage per cannon, but the rate at which ships appear and get close to the player on that stage is simply ridiculous.
One needs perfect luck (enemy shooting into their own ships all the time) in addition to perfect timing to have a chance.
NorthernPolarity- EVEN against Helene, Rumiko can be extremely competitive, whereas she slaughters powerful ranged units like Andro for free.
The 40 energy cost for the shuriken barrage is incredibly low, the innate ability is tremendous, and she has great defense, and very high health for having so many other good ninja moves (Ninja Port, Poison Dart)
I think she's a bit overpowered, and should be toned down.
Rumiko seems overpowered. 50% chance of dodging an intercept is ridiculously high (especially with the powder), she's a mortal lock to beat Andro and other powerful ranged units, and is decent up close, too.
Really good game, and the humor makes an otherwise generic RPG plot a lot more palatable and entertaining.
The only difference I'd like to see in Mardek 3 is the ability to choose abilities which seem to get lost after a certain number of uses (example: Deugan's power strike).
Also, occasionally, the properties and explanation for certain items and weapons don't show up.
Overall, a very "high" 4/5. (I've only given out about 4 5/5's on this entire site)
