Game has a bit of lag even with all of the options turned off, and sometimes the sprites will flicker a bit for no discernible reason. It is quite enjoyable, however; reminds me of the arcades.
It would be nice to have to be able to reset upgrades if you're having trouble with a boss; I ended up replaying a single boss battle ~14 times because I did not acquire enough gem and rage upgrades earlier on.
I like that if you're bad enough at the game, it will eventually give a pop-up directing you to the walk-through. Sort of saying 'Obviously you don't get how this works; move along.'
One more thing: It would nice to have another way to gain building materials, aside from dungeons; in the last game you could get a decent score without setting foot in a dungeon, but in this one you have to if you want to actually build anything. Maybe include an incentive to master jobs, too.
So even if you master enchanting (which takes foreever) and smithing, you still only have a 50% chance to make something, and a 50% chance to enchant it? Weird. Also, it would be nice if enchanting was included in one of the school sets for abilities, as opposed to only through librarian and apprentice work.
ah ok, I'll fix that thanks.
