For a guide to bullion:
1. Get a the last non-bullion ship
2. Get maxed out (preferably) homing rockets.
3. Go to survival and go to the bottom middle.
4. Leave your computer on and earn about 8-10 bullion
For the last achievement, these items worked for me.
lowest budget- sugar rocket, spring box (you have to get lucky), umbrella, rest in fuel.
medium budget- pulse jet, ultralight trike, 2000 money in fuel, plank mark 2, rest in ramp height, then ramp length.
High budget-thor ramjet, max out fuel, ultralight trike, random sled, and rest in height and length.
Strategy: keep resistance at about 3 and use rocket to keep your speed right below the redzone.
