Really needs a way to change difficulty once you are in the game. I am on difficult and cannot beat the underworld boss with any combination whatsoever, and am at the point where I am just going to have to start all over.
Impossible: Someone will get sick or die without a hospital every 2 or 3 days. Zombies WILL overrun you at anything above 20%, and will take 3-6 buildings instead of the normal 1-2, hordes are bigger and start earlier, farms only give 2 food each, your only builder is level 1, so it takes 4 days to claim each building. Zobie numbers build to red levels within the first week. Happiness starts extremely low. Basically EVERYTHING that can go wrong does. It truly is impossible without transfered people.
OMFG, the badges came up and all my saves are now GONE!!! I had beaten this game on ALL difficulties before, but now I have to do it again? Oh well, at least its a fun game if a little too easy with the transfer people option.
As in when I hit level 3, there were now 4 green pieces in danger, all far from each other. Through all of level 3 I only got 1 green piece, meaning I could not blow up ANY of the greens in danger, so when level 4 hit I lost. That is just bad luck.
You most certainly didn't get just one green piece, it's not random. It works like a deck of card and is evenly distributed amongst all types of pieces (I had to double check that the code was still working though, which it does). There are two of each piece types given to you for each "deck" of 14 pieces, which is then shuffled. =) Oh, and read cdgx comments above here. He has totally 'got' the game. ;)
When I went from level 2 to level 3 I immediately gained 32 peices in danger, and I just did not get enough peices of the types I needed to clear it, had nothing to do with skill, just bad luck. Tetris is supposed to be about finding ways to fit what you do have into where it needs to go, this is just a peice matching game that you are screwed if you dont get that one peice you need.
It has everything to do with skill. The pieces you you got, that you didn't need? What did you do with them? If you used them to blow up stuff that you didn't need to blow up.. well.. catch my drift? There is not much punishment for not blowing stuff up with the piece you get. Cheers!
the animations are awesome, smoother than previous versions. But the gameplay has gotten worse, the storyline is contrived, the battles are easy, and there is no strategy needed whatsoever. It is basically an interactive screensaver.
GET RID OF THE F*CKING TIME LIMIT!!!!!! I have yet to even FIND the things i need to kill in the time limit much less be able to kill them. And add a minimap, the only way i can navigate is just do rows up and down or side to side to make sure i havent already been somewhere. This game has great potential, but needs work.
the very first level that has more than 20 flyers total kills you. There is no way around it because archers just dont do enough damage to kill even a single enemy. Archers are useless.
I LOVE THIS GAME!!! The only issue is that it has gotten too easy. I beat every level of this and the desktop game, and none of it is actually a challenge. For the most part, even if you come close to losing, a mortar and 2 blasters will hold off a wall of creeper. So just turtle down and build up and you will win.
