I've been thinking about the score modifying issue. Sure stopping score mods over a certain value would work, but someone could be dedicated enough to do it long enough to rack up those scores. I'm thinking of adding a secondary counter that is added to along with the score feature (onEnterFrame scoring in my case). If the counter is not increased with the score during that frame, revert the score to the previous frames score. Not being a hacker personally how easy is it to edit two variables simultaneously?
I don't really think it's useful in the sense that likely anyone with enough drawing ability to make this has probably already done something like it...
Really what everyone's complaining about is a lack of obvious way to control the truck and/or a lack of a difficulty gradient. It starts very difficult and quickly becomes impossible. Level two no matter how slow I go the truck almost always flips... 2/5 needs more beta testing and adjustment for difficulty.
For what it's worth, I loved the game but felt the spent too much time on graphics and not enough on extending game play. Games over in 7 minutes, how long did it take them to make it? XD 4.5/5 if I could, 5 since I can't
Honest criticism though. Game gets kinda laggy as you go along, objects not getting deleted properly? That and the item spawn rates need some work. It's never really consistent and I havn't seen a rare by the hill (but I've bought 3 off the grinding I was forced to do to lvl and get equipment to fight the first boss) 4/5
Nice, you've successfully copy pasted shootorial into flash. But only changing the background and some noises isn't going to cut it for an actual game :/
@Very Unoriginal
You kill ghosts with upgraded sniper towers that have a fire rate booster beside them. You kill almost anything with that combo actually lol.
It's the exact same game, you can post a new version on your old one, AND there's a bug in it where the first food piece can kill you that wasn't in V1!!!
it's... not... a game... I mean... you can make this game with paper in real life just minus the motion (if you answered.. go to pg...) *scratches head*
Nice graphics, but it's an obvious and somewhat sloppy remake (you couldn't even replace the tractor with something?) that adds nothing to game play other than a cheap skin.
really good idea, it bloody hurts your wrist though. I see no reason why you had to make it a press per flap instead of a constant flap with a shift for fast or something. It detracts from the experience. LOVED the rest though. 4/5 since I figure plenty will trash it just for being hard
The view path feature was interesting, but unfortunately the interface takes away from the gameplay. It looks well programmed, but interface is everything in a game. Great work and keep improving!
