to all the people out there who feel like giving up, don't! later in the game some key upgrades you want to get in this order of importance are: anything relating to mana (exclude building upgrade), high grade gems, pure gem mastery, medium grade gems

Here's another strategy you could use. 1. Start with New Zealand. 2. As soon as you can, make your virus airborne and put on sneezing. 3. Turn on every resistance 1-1-1-1. 4. After three countries are infected, turn off sneezing.
5. If a country closes, or all countries are infected after day 31, restart. 6. As soon as vaccine begins to develop, turn on all drug resistance. Turn on as many high grade symptoms as you can ( below grade 4) 7. constantly give your virus more symptoms and watch as the world falls to pieces. This worked on my first try as New Zealand.
