It needs to be more stealth orientated. And you should have regeneration, instead of med-packs. Right now the only way for me to do anything is to Rambo it up.
I think the general idea is obvious, the game is great, but too short/easy. And I would have to agree completely, even getting all gold isn't too hard. Only the last level felt like a true challenge.
