How do i earn money? Let's say i bought the wrong stuff and now i cannot progress on my mission because i can't beat it with the stuff i bought? Replaying missions doesn't work.
The game is okish i just wished for more innovative upgrades like "faster recharge time" or even effect upgrades like "grenades become cluster grenades". Also different weapons would be nice too like "spread shot" or "laser rifle".
After a first playthrough let me give you some suggestions as how to make the game more interesting (you can ignore my other comment): Instead of adding more charges to power ups, change the effects. Lightning does chain to additional targets, default 2. Bomb gets a bigger area range. acorns and frost are fine.
Also add quests like "Kill X of type Y" or "collect X gems" which rewards you with skill points. Then add normal upgrades like "bear bounces max X times" and "bear flight speed" and "double jump" and "attack strength".
Skill points are used on power ups, money is used on bear abilities.
Add new power up "fireball" which makes you fly through your enemies, engulfs the bear in flames and burns everything on your path. Upgrading it allows you to launch multiple bears/fireballs.
Until all this stuff gets implemented i'll give you a 3/5
More Upgrade options please like double jump, stronger bounce, stronger attack (e.g. fly through first enemy or kill protected enemies with one bounce)
My vote of 2. The upgrade system is pretty dull. Max rockets is a bad upgrade, instead there should be "rockets per click" upgrade. Autofire upgrade is way underpowered and it's upgrade potential decreases. It should be the other way around, first you get like 1 rocket per 3 seconds and max upgrade would be 1 rocket per 0.1 seconds or something like that. Research points through achivements is nice and all but you should also earn them by destroying obstacles. Also work on the progress the player is doing by approaching the next obstacle. It should feel way more benefitial to destroy the highest obstacle possible. As it is now, there is almost no difference among the 3 highest obstacles that a player can destroy. Overall the game needs a lot of polishment to be good. Right now it's just a really boring idle game. I loved the learn to fly series but this cannot compete with the other games of the series.
The following features would make the game fun, right now it is just way to *raw*: Always Jump enabled, Physics on explosions, Unlockable weapons/shells (less weapons at start), random powerups, actual matchmaking, ranked play, ranked play would use 2-3 eggs per player, 3 second movement time after shooting. I know this is a worms ripoff but without the essential game features it is just a bad copy of the original game. Keep working on it i'd really like to see a well coded multiplayer flash game in old worms style.
Wow please balance out the Plasma Damage. The moment you encounter a Plasma Veign you cannot cancel the second drill which means it's a guaranteed eath... sucks like hell. Apart from that the game is quite addictive.
An endless mode would be great where you have let's say 100 HP and everytime a reed bloon or a bloon that contains a red one passes, you lose a life. Would be a nice mode for high score, too.
So apparently bonuses stack? Like 2x30% Attack Speed works as 60% Attack Speed? And do the bonuses work on henchmen, too? Because it seems like i can shoot way faster with a weapon than my henchmen regardless of the bonuses. Or is this because of the individual skill bonus i unlocked for my hero?
Only 2 stars from me. 1. There's only money at the starting area so why would i max anything else besides of money? 2. Why use boosters? All they do is making you unable to avoid the bad stuff. 3. No innovations in this game at all...
I need a quality control to lower the graphics so that the game is more fluid. Also it would be nice to rebind the controls. I got a european layout keyboard and it's quite annoying to hit z.
Nice but needs improvements:
1. After you moved and attacked once, your turn should end.
2. Hovering over an enemy should show you the movementspeed range of that enemy, click on it shows you attack range.
all bugs have fixed. you can use mouse to control it is better than keyboard
