I'm not a big fan of slide-the-tile type of games. This is no exception. I would have liked it more if each level had ratings (i.e. finish in under X seconds for a gold medal...). Also, the animation doesn't seem to work correctly. I was expecting each tile to move as I click and drag. The tiles don't move until after I release the mouse button after clicking and dragging. This made the game a bit frustrating.
hrm... once I get above level 38 or so, the levels won't end. I don't know if there is a villager still flying around off-screen or what, but I've been sitting here for about 2 minutes, and no villagers appear from their cellars. This has happened for the last 2 levels. If I re-load the game and re-play the level everything works fine.
Dude - you gotta program those cannons so they don't shoot at black bloons. Duh. They're immune. Also - program them to shoot ONLY at lead bloons if they are on-screen and in-range. Thx.
This game is fun. I gave it 4/5 because of:
- bug in inventory system (sometimes bottles and other items are described as "xUndefined")
- SLOW pace - takes too long to get from town to town.
- No auto-save feature
This could use a second version with some minor tweaks. A multi-player version would be awesome.
1/5 -- this game is extremely annoying. First of all, I've uncovered and reported several bugs. Second of all, no save feature! This game has 30 levels, and if you screw up on any level you must start over. This is extremely frustrating! Finally, the tiles are generated randomly. Seriously? How do you expect me to make it through 30 levels of this (without a save feature) when success in any given level is based on luck?
This game is a good concept, but still needs a ton of work before I would consider it ready for mass consumption.
