This is a beta version, we can believe the entire version is excellent (for a TD). It has certainly an editor like the first. Some things are missing to make it better, we just need the entire version to see if it is so excellent like it seems to be.
A very funny game, but really easy, you don't need any cheats. Use the hunting rifle and the shotgun, or the barrett, that's all...
The only difficulty is the militaries, just shot on their legs. But trying head shots against them is funnier than simply shooting their legs.
