yeah, ghost ship was already at 30HP for me too. I also skipped Commander.
Bad thing is the achievements don't save properly. There's a weird gltich when attacking a town where the only option is to "GO" and you end up traveling at a negative value.

Tatics: RANK B - You have a reasonable understanding of zombie outbreaks and moderate survival skills. You'd have a 50/50 chance of surviving a real outbreak.

I found a trick to complete the level 5 boost challenges:
Using Sir Colin, at the start line, do a front flip until you hit boost. In level 1 boost, you can jump high enough to do two flips.
Keep doing that until you reach level 5 and then run the race. All you have to do is finish in 9th place to win the challenge.
I recently tried this trick on the DUNES: DRIED UP RIVER BED and finished 1st overall.
