I hate this game but for the door you press the right arrow key. just a play on words. I could've made something better at a tiny computer game programing camp i went to last year with blitz basic.
Is there a technique for not getting hit or anything? it seems like whenever i get close to a level up i then get hit a ton and have to almost start over?

I don't know how much this works but it did for me. Make no symptoms at first. Get moisture level two and waterborne. Set the time for fast and you have a good chance at getting madagascar. also you get a ton of points. (parasite)
The perfect border control is crap. Like i can disinfect every bug that crosses. also if the disease doesn't have any symptoms no one will know about it so how can everyone start freaking if you didn't know if yo had it? That should be a definite update along with the madagascar situation.
